Modular Homes are multi-section homes built in a factory and assembled on-site, often resembling full-sized homes in layout and size.
ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) are smaller, self-contained living spaces built on the same lot as an existing home — perfect for in-laws, rentals, or guest suites.

Protecting the Homeowner: Warranties provide a legal guarantee that AMH or our Warranty Partners are responsible for addressing defects in workmanship or materials within a specified time frame. This ensures peace of mind for the homeowner, knowing that issues will be rectified without additional costs.
